*Logistics, customs clearance, holidays and unforeseen events may cause orders to be delivered later than expected.
Delivery times can be extended up to 7 days when it comes to custom kits or when products are out of stock.

* Orders that are still in transit cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item, you can do so after you have received it. Please email us for a return address.
