Yes ! Our products are backed by a 3 month warranty to help you with any manufacturing defects.

Can I exchange items?
As we manufacture our products exclusively for you, we cannot accept this exchange.

Can I use more than one voucher in my order?
No I am sorry ! Our system only allows one voucher per order.

Can I use a voucher for a discounted item?
Not all of our coupons can be used in conjunction with other promotions. Please understand that there is only one sale/discount per purchase.

Please contact us immediately! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their package on time. We will do our best to fulfill your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes.

To which countries do you ship your products?
Our products are sent to countries all over the world. For all countries/regions we offer a free economy shipping option and for some countries we offer a faster DHL premium courier option.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We know you're looking forward to your Decorgenic product! You should expect to see your order delivered within 10-20 business days (depending on delivery location).

Will I receive a delivery confirmation once my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to ship! If you don't see any movement when you check the tracking number, give it another 24-48 hours. From our experience, sometimes some post offices do not record the tracking immediately.

I haven't received a confirmation email, what's going on?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after purchase. 24-48 hours later, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive them, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you! Please also check your spam folder.

If I return or exchange a product, do I have to bear the shipping costs?
Yes, the shipping costs are your responsibility if you send the product back to us, but if you make a warranty claim, we are happy to pay the return costs.

When can I get it back?
Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days of receiving your package. We'll let you know by email when your refund has been processed. In the meantime, please use your tracking number to track your package.
